Philip is a "T-shaped" Digital Product Designer & Design Director specialised in UX, UI and Visual Design. Over the last 13+ years he has worked within multi-disciplinary teams to create, design and deliver proof-of-concept work, testable prototypes, elegant user interfaces and robust design systems. Working in both hands on roles or within a leadership position Philip works best when he is working collaboratively in small focused teams.

His process can be simplified to; understanding the problem or goal, exploring ideas and sketching, and delivering tailored solutions with an emphasis on craft. Philip has worked predominantly on consumer facing products across a wide range of industries including; Media & Entertainment, Lifestyle & Culture, Sport, Energy, Telecom and Web3. Philip has had the privilege of working with many truly talented people which have helped shaped his work, process and outlook, he has held Design Lead, Design Director & Creative Director positions at trusted product design agencies such as Ostmodern, Idean (now Frog), Signal Noise (part of The Economist Group) and Reaktor (New York and Amsterdam).

Currently, Philip is a Design Principal at SuperRare Labs, helping build the future of the digital art community and a Founding Partner & Senior Advisor at Hi Shine, a progressive digital product and brand design agency.
