Over the last 15 years Philip has worked within multi-disciplinary teams to create, design and deliver proof-of-concept work, testable prototypes, elegant user interfaces and robust design systems. Working in both hands-on roles or within a leadership position Philip works best when he is working collaboratively in small focused teams.

Philip has worked predominantly on consumer facing products across a wide range of industries including; Media & Entertainment, Lifestyle & Culture, Sport, Energy, Telecom, Web3 and AI.

He has held Design Lead, Head of Design & Creative Director positions at trusted product design agencies such as Ostmodern, Idean (now Frog), Signal Noise (part of The Economist Group) and Reaktor (New York and Amsterdam) having had the privilege of working with many talented people which helped shaped his work, process and outlook.

Currently Philip is a Founding Partner at Hi Shine, and Head of Design at Dobbin, helping shape how businesses manage, codify and engage with their knowledge through AI.
