Leadership & management
Philip has had the pleasure of leading multidisciplinary teams across many complex projects, acting as the point of contact for clients, and stakeholders. He believes great work happens when the team is working collaboratively towards a shared goal.
As Design Director at Reaktor Amsterdam he led the growth of one the company's most successful design teams, making several key hires, building a team of around 13 designers and winning landmark projects. In that time he helped mentor talent and raise the bar for craft and process.
Philip oversaw strategy, design direction, deliverables, coordinating technical requirements and presenting to clients and stakeholders for clients such as QVC, D-Ford, Rovio and Adidas.
