The Product Finder boasted a 82% completion rate on the adidas app.
Items surfaced by the Product Finder led to fewer abandoned shopping carts, higher conversion rates and lower returns.


I structured the customer journey and mapped questions & answers with product attributes and traits.
Working as a small embedded team, we brought the project from concept to a working product in only three months.
The Product Finder was launched on the adidas app and dot com, as well as being white labelled for partners such as Zalando.
