As Design Director, I led a team of 2 designers across the full project from research and exploration through to design system and screen design.
We set out to guide drivers through each step of the journey with clarity and confidence.
From the start, we focused on building trust through craft and keeping the client team close to the process. That approach paid off: it led to repeat work and opened up a broader conversation about how EV UX could be fundamentally rethought.
Every step of the charging process kept drivers confident and oriented throughout the experience.
