I set the visual direction, defined the overall experience and managed project and client needs. The goal the whole the team aligned on was to create an experience that guides drivers through each step of their journey with clarity and confidence.
We focused on building trust and keeping the client team close to the process. That approach paid off, leading to repeat work and conversations on wider UX improvements.
Every step of the charging process kept drivers confident and oriented throughout the experience.
