Reshaping the product experience from the ground up. When the initial NFT hype died down, it was time to adapt our model, thinking and product UX.
Working with the founders, artists and collectors we began to shift the product UX from a self-serve marketplace to a curated boutique.
This meant positioning the core user experience around a ‘featured list’, a dynamic list of high performing artists that we could work with to improve storytelling, community access and visual presentation.

In Q2 2025 we rolled out several new auction features, including upgrades to scheduling, and improved bidder feedback components.
Across Q3 we observed a steady increase in completed auctions, most notably between April to May boasting a 293.75% increase (64 to 254).
