SuperRare is the original Web3 digital art platform, boasting some of the highest sales and most iconic moments in digital art.
I led product design through major shifts in the space, overseeing our evolution from a marketplace that facilitated ~$280M in sales, into a digital curated gallery.

Reshaping the product experience across a market shift. Working with the founders, artists and collectors I led a redesign from a self-serve marketplace to a curated boutique.
Re-positioning the core user experience around a dynamic list of high performing artists and amplifying storytelling, community access and visual presentation.

Exhibitions formed a key part of our offering in attracting talent. A new design was needed to help us secure work from top artists.
“ArchiTexture” by Richard Nadler (below) raised in excess of $550k volume in primary sales, with this page acting as the go-to list page during the live gallery showing.

Collection pages house 1000’s of artworks, boast consistent on-chain activity and "global offer" functionality.
The layout balances art and information, staying light-weight in order to achieve fast load times and minimum lag, which is the number one issue for collectors.
The result, conversion of ~45% of total annual volume.
Auctions consistently spark the most excitement and participation from collectors, making up ~38% of total sales.
In Q2 2025 we rolled out several new auction features, including upgrades to scheduling and improved bidder feedback components.
Across Q3 we observed a steady increase in completed auctions, most notably between April to May boasting a 293.75% increase (64 to 254).

I led the design function day-to-day, setting the bar for quality, and partnering closely with PMs and developers to ship with consistency and care.

SuperRare Spaces are independent, community-curated galleries — each operating its own custom smart contract. I designed a custom CMS where curators set fees and invite artists, the CMS powers a scalable frontend featuring timed release functionality and magazine-style discovery pages.
